With all the pressure of daily life and work, it’s easy to lose sight of the most important, bedrock questions. As a coach, I believe that it’s necessary to explore the deeper questions of motivation, value, intuition, and joy. I love helping my clients “hear the bell” in their lives and touch in with their original inspiration and calling. These “aha moments” are very significant, and often lead to rapid progress and growth.
Being on a nonprofit board, no matter the size or focus of the organization, carries great weight. And serving as chair, or officer, or even running a committee, only intensifies the responsibility. We now offer targeted coaching for nonprofit board members. We provide an independent, non-judgmental, but knowledgeable resource for members to speak with, bounce ideas off of, or just ventilate.
Stillwork Coaching and Consulting offers a variety of trainings for groups large and small. We help your staff or board learn more about Nonprofit Storytelling, Program Mapping, SOAR instead of SWOT and other fun and useful topics.
Workshops can be anywhere from one-hour to 4-hours in length, in person or virtual. We tailor these very interactive trainings to your specific needs.
Please reach us at heidi@stillworkconsulting.com if you cannot find an answer to your question.
In both cases our mission is to help grow capacity, particularly for the nonprofit field. Consulting engagements are very hands on, involving document review, assessments, and recommendations. Coaching is more personal and done in smaller chunks of time. Coaching is one-on-one and focused on individual growth.
Our fees are paid on a project basis, and as such vary with size and length of engagement. We work with all sizes and types of organizations and do everything we can to make your dollars go further, including advice on seeking grants to pay for our services.
We have experience working with individuals from all walks of life; we speciailize in coaching and consulting with traditional nonprofits, as well as libraries, municipalities, and even the stray for-profit or two!
