As a seasoned community leader, teacher and mentor, I’m skilled in listening to help you develop tailored solutions for you or your organization and its stakeholders. My commitment is to always provide sustainable and enduring support that sets you up for success now and in the future: to work with you, not for you. Clients tell me they love my unique approach to coaching and consulting, which blends empathy, straight talk and a large dose of humor.
I'm committed to meeting you exactly where you are. I listen to your needs and concerns, and design/base our consultancy and coaching engagements around building the organizational and individual capacity that will serve you best.
My extensive experience in the nonprofit and philanthropic community, across a broad range of organizational types and sizes, has helped me develop a keen eye for strategy, leadership needs and growth solutions. I hold certifications in leadership coaching, Lifecycles Capacity assessments/building, and board governance. I utilize Appreciative Inquiry, Leadership Strategies, and Creative Problem Solving in my work.
